Tuesday
Hot dish: Meat loaf w. gravy, white potatoes & greens.
Warm dish: Baked Christmas Salad w. pine kernels.

Wednesday
Hot dish: Fish of the day.
Warm dish: Thai noodles w. turkey & bamboo shoots.
Soup: Mushroom soup.

Thursday
Hot dish: Fried chicken w. root crop, pasta & cream of mushroom.
Warm dish: Fried rice w. shrimps & fresh greens.

Friday
Hot dish: Thick flank w. potato wedges, broccoli & red wine sauce.
Warm dish: Polenta w. steamed beggies.
Soup: Farmer soup.
