Boards of Studies and subject area teams

Boards of Studies
The IT University has two Boards of Studies:

Each Board of Studies has an equal number of students and faculty (VIP's). The Board of Studies is headed by a Director of Studies, who are responsible to the Head of Department.
The Directors of Studies, the Head of Department and the Head of Studies meet on and off to coordinate the programmes.


Subject area teams
Besides the Boards of Studies the IT University has four subject area teams:

Each subject area team also has an equal number of students and faculty (VIP's). Each subject area team point out a student and a member of faculty to represent the subject area team in the Board of Studies ITU.
